Original Condition
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the same pristine state as received. Any signs of wear or mechanical tampering will void thermal integrity and refund eligibility within the 30-day window.
Documentation
All B2B returns must be accompanied by original sales invoices, authenticity certificates, and warranty papers. Precise record-keeping is essential for efficient customs and inventory processing.
Original Packaging
Product must be returned in its complete original watch box with all protective films and tags intact to ensure safe transit back to our distribution center.
